Paul McCartney Tours Graceland Archives and Tunes Elvis' 1956 Gibson Guitar

On Sunday, May 26, 2013, Sir Paul McCartney made the rock 'n' roll pilgrimage to Graceland where he left behind his personal guitar pick stating, "So Elvis could play his guitar in heaven." Read more here!

"The guitar pick was Paul´s tribute to his own personal recollection, namely that of their not being able to find a single guitar pick, once a decision was made that they could all jam a little. Everyone looked in their pockets and even inside their wallets for a guitar pick but, when none was found, that´s when Elvis led Paul to the kitchen where the two proceeded to make a few out of plain cardboard plastic. And then, they jammed!!"
