Beatles in here not once but twice!

It's Love At First Sight, at Mike Pell Rockollections:

We have established a link between Spring and Love, and I will continue with some of that.
I'll have some Love At First Sight songs for you.
Then the thought that was triggered by the Dusty Springfield song I played...where she mentioned Going To A Dance.
Do people go to Dances anymore?
Used to be a great way to meet members of the opposite sex!
Plus a listen to some Spring Activities, things that are Picture Postcard Perfect for the Season!
I think you will like this Spring Episode.
If you don't...oh even if you do...you can Go Fly A Kite, lol!

I have been telling people for years to try the bands "Dr. Feelgood" and "Big Star" and various others from the early 1970s. I love the obscure! Hey Mike, thanks for now following my 2 Instagram pages! I mostly participate in music sites like this one though. Your "Rockollections" show is definitely one of the best I have ever came across on Podomatic/SoundCloud! Still haven't finished listening to every single episode yet, there's still some very old episodes that I need to catch up on, but I've never missed a new show of yours for 2 years now! Beatlebob agrees with me! It's fascinating! Keep up the good work!

Sadie,
I used to Love flying kites too! I'm sure people still go out to dances and parties sometimes.
I agree that they probably don't play good music in the background anymore! Good Music like
"Springtime For Hitler" Should always be played! LOL!!! ;-)

Really though, unless there is a good live band playing Good Music at parties these days, the music being played probably would Suck!! Not like it used to be in the old days!
LOL!!!!

I cracked up too at the end of the show when Mike mentioned "Springtime For Hitler"!!! :-)
I Too Love "Happiness Is A Warm Gun" from the White Album!!! But Yes, it certainly Doesn't fit in with the love theme!!! LOL!!! I Agree Sadie, Mike's podcasts are Always Great!!!

Beatlebob, I enjoy flying kites too! I think people still do go out to dances and parties but they probably don't play good music in the background anymore. "Springtime For Hitler" from "The Producers" soundtrack. I wasn't expecting that one! Funny! "Happiness Is A Warm Gun" was always one of my favorite songs from The White Album but yes, it dosen't really fit in with the love theme. LOL! Mike, your podcasts are always great! :-)

That WAS funny to Sadie, "Not in the 90% maybe Happiness Is A Warm Gun, LOL?"

Good to hear from you,
