ROCKOLLECTIONS: VOL.8 ODDS AND ENDS PT.1

A Beatles related beginning.

Some Artists We Have Lost Recently, at Mike Pell Rockollections:

Here's one of those every now and then Odds & Ends Shows I like to do- no Theme- but a Theme invariably takes shape!
And the last time I tried, it turned into a Chuck Berry Tribute
Here I started with a small acknowledgement of Sgt. Pepper’s 50th Anniversary and sure enough a Theme took shape.
A sort of Memorial for some of the Rock Rollers we lost very recently.
That extended into Hurricanes!
A song about the Deadliest Natural Disaster in U.S. History!
I send all good wishes to those who suffered and are still suffering from those recent Hurricanes, with more Hurricane damage to come.

Mike,
I Really Enjoyed Odds And Ends Part 1
Loved the version that Paul McCartney and his band did of  Sgt. Pepper Lonely Heart's Club Band - 1992 at the Ed Sullivan Theatre on the Marquee!! Sounded GREAT!!
Very Nice cover of A Day In The Life by Lighthouse!! Sounded like Fanfare For The Common Man they played towards the end. Interesting Version!
Glen Campbell - By The Time I Get To Phoenix. Love that song!! Glen Campbell was Great!!
Love Wichita Lineman too!! Such a Great Song!! Galveston is another one! So many Greats songs he did!!
Yes, a sort of Memorial for some of the Rock Rollers we lost very recently!
A Good song about the Deadliest Natural Disaster in U.S. History!! In 1900! Galveston Flood by Tom Rush!!
Appropriate for the Hurricane in Texas!
Hurricanes Harvey, Erma, and Jose. Jose that we are still keeping our eye on!
Great Show!!
Bob
