I know this is a Beatle site, but anybody like Rick Nelson? I can think of one important person, lol! Rick's in here.

More Namedropping songs this week for 3 very good reasons.
It was a short week with the Holiday in it, the weather turned hot and humid blocking my brain from a new thought, and most importantly, I am famously lazy, lol!
So rather than start a new pile of Songs, it was easier to stay with the pile I already had.
And one thing is clearly apparent, there is no shortage of Namedropping Songs!
This Episode is another of those Kitchen Sink ones.
With Soul, Classical, Sports, Jazz, Blues, a Pioneering Rock & Roll DJ, even a Beatnik Poet being Namedropped.
This is a good one!

I'll bet you CAN, LOL!
I am a HUGE Rick Nelson fan too, been telling people he was a genuine Rock & Roller all my life!
He hooked up with great musicians and writers, plus he could write himself!
Think I'm gonna play Buddy Holly & The Crickets next week.
Variety and Surprise are what I enjoy most with the show-my key weapons.
Thanks for the listen and writing, you're a sweetheart,

LOL!!! I bet I can guess who that Rick Nelson fan is! ;-)

He is the only other music I like almost as much as The Beatles.

Just like you with Buddy Holly & The Crickets.

Wow! I really, really enjoyed Episode 3 (especially when you talked about "Garden Party")

and that clever little stick figure name dropping illustration.

This episode really had alot of variety which is awesome!

Thanks for another great podcast, Mike! :-)
