I remember now, the other one was called Penny Lane. Yes they were a tribute band as well. Yes we had a great time.
Thanks,
Anthony
Rain is very good too! Did the other band you saw dress up like The Beatles? I've seen a few that don't try to look, act, or talk like them but just play the music. I think those are called "cover bands" instead of "tribute bands" or "impersonators". Looks like there were many people at the show you went to in Massachusetts. The costume changes look great! Glad you had a good time!
I live in the Kansas City area. I've traveled all over the states of Kansas and Missouri to see many Beatles tribute/cover bands, and sometimes the shows are even free! I've seen ones called The Fab Four, Rain, 1964 The Tribute, American English, British Export, Yesterday & Today, and Liverpool. Maybe even more that I can't remember right now. lol. I agree, The Fab Four are one of the best!! The ticket price was $55 but well worth it.
I'll be seeing The Fab Four on November 2! I will try to take some pictures and videos if the venue allows!
I see why you had a difficult time filming it! With the rotating stage slowly rotating like that, they had their backs to you during a lot of songs! Still, I'm Sure it was a Nice Time!! :-) WOW!! That's So Cool!! You didn't even know they were playing in the area when you booked your vacation in Hull, MA. It's Great that your wife found it on the hotel website, "things to do in that area"!! :-) When you found out, you immediately bought the tickets online, and it was only about a fifteen minute ride!! That's GREAT!! And I see this Also happened a couple of years ago for a vacation you took in Mystic, CT. You found out After you booked the hotel that Ringo was playing near by!! That Sure Is some Good Luck!!! That's Great!!! :-) Have a Good Weekend!! :-)
One of the difficult things about filming it, was that they were on a rotating stage. It rotated slowly so that during a lot of the songs they had there backs to us. But it was a nice time. Another cool thing was that when I booked my vacation in Hull, MA, I didn't even know they were playing in the area. It was only about a fifteen minute ride. My wife found it on the hotel website, "things to do in that area" . When I found out, I immediately bought the tickets online. This also happened a couple of years ago for a vacation I took in Mystic, CT. I found out Ringo was playing near by after I booked the hotel. Some good luck there.
So Glad you had a Nice Time! I'm Glad you switched seats with your wife on the second half of the show! Thanks for putting the parts that you were able to film together, with a video program!! Yes, most of it was Clear!! Thanks Again! So Glad you had a Nice Time there!! :-)
Yes, it was a nice time. I couldn't film the first part of the show because there was a big guy sitting in front of me. On the second half, I switched seats with my wife, and no one was in front of that seat. I was only able to film parts of it, so I put them all together with a video program. At one point it looses focus, but most of it was clear.
