The one nearest me is the NY Metro Beatlefest, but alas, I still have no ride/money to get there :(

I feel so terrible about not going for the past 6 years (except for 1) because it really is the closest I can get to an official Beatles-get together. The last time I went was only for 3 hours and I didn't get to do much/experience the whole thing. But it was really cool, like I was in Beatle-heaven!

I wish I knew people who'd let me bunk with them and even give me a ride!

I'm watching (well, listening) to the live recording of it from last nite. 

LOL @ Mark Hudson talking how he became a little gay for The Beatles! The parts of his body he didn't even know existed tingled! hahaha

And I now I am so envying all these Beatles fans who have money & courage to go to places :(

This is awesome! I didn't know they've been live streaming Beatlefest for years! :O

I won't have to go anywhere since the internet makes everything possible!

I saw Micky Dolenz & PETER ASHER talk about stuff and perform.

I've been reading that Micky charged $25-30 for autographs a pop!

I was so excited when I heard Peter perform songs from the 60s! It made my heart melt. He talked & reminisced about stuff for over an hour, and was so friendly enough to say that anyone who sees him was welcome to tap a finger on his shoulder just to say hi. His voice croaked a bit after talking for so long, but he fixed it and kept on going! It really put a smile to my face :) I love Peter & Gordon! Rest in Peace Gordon... What a great duo. Peter sounds like a charming man. And I respect that Jane never wrote a book about her and Paul's relationship for an obvious reason: the past is the past. We gotta move on. She makes enough money and works hard at her bakery in London.  [Another reason why she is my favorite Beatle girlfriend]

LMAO @ Sadie... I can't believe she said that Jane should prepare a wedding cake for Paul and Nancy, and put poison in it... LOL! Omgoodness, I hope no one gets any ideas...

For anyone who will be in the Los Angeles, California area,

Denny Laine, Denny Seiwell, and Laurence Juber will be at the Hollywood Collector Show for photos and autographs.

They were all members of Wings, and have been members of other popular bands.
