Planes and Beatles Songs.
I am/was listening to the second part of "A Day in the Life" and when the shift occurs(ed), I felt this vibration on my seat, and I was like, What the--- IS this really part of the Remasters Experience? Then I lowered the volume of the song and I found out that it was a plane nearby! Hahaha, it's funny how I thought that was supposed to be the song moving me ;-) in a whole different way.
Back in 2009 when I saw Paul in CitiField in July, (travelling season) I'd have false alarms whenever a plane passed (7 times it happened) by because I thought "Back in the U.S.S.R." was about to play! Even though there were only tech crew on stage and a band who was opening for Paul. haha
When I travelled by plane, I'd always try to make sure I could listen to a Beatles song on the oldies or classic rock station. I said to myself, If I happen to crash or die on this plane, I'd want my death to happen while I'm listening to The Beatles, then I'd die happy. :-D Morbid, but true!
I thought it's funny that Paul wrote 'Helter Skelter' in response to The Who's "I Can See For Miles" which was considered a heavy rock song at the time. Helter Skelter is probably the most rocking song I can say is definitely my favorite. Along with other Paul solo/Wings songs! Haha!
Also it is mentioned that Paul hadn't even listened to the song yet, and tried to top it!
I only started appreciating the strings on "Something"! Now that I've been listening to it almost everyday with earphones on, I enjoy it more now.
