You're Welcome Sadie! I always enjoyed the Pics from the "Mad Day Out" photo session too! Yeah, it is rare to see them look happy in the later years!  :-(

I guess Jane Asher was "the Prop girl" according to Stephen Goldblatt. ;-)

The Parrot:

These pics were part of the Mad Day Out photo shoot in 1968.

It was just a prop.  According Stephen Goldblatt who photographed The Beatles' Mad Day Out:  "They had recently recorded “Hey Jude” and so Paul is playing “Hey Jude,” and they’re all singing, and the parrot is just a prop that Paul’s girlfriend brought along. She was the prop girl. It was taken in the Mercury Theatre in Notting Hill."

"And Your Bird Can Sing". I imagine that parrot saying "number nine... number nine..." over and over again. Looks like he attended the recording sessions for The Beatles A.K.A. "The White Album". LOL! ;-)
