I Think it's a bootleg too!! On the second picture you posted it says "Presented by misterclaudel". Wherever you found this, maybe there are comments by any buyers there? This way you can find out about the quality.

I see iOffer has one for Blu-Ray. "BEATLES LET IT BE 35MM WIDESCREEN STEREO BLU-RAY DVD" for $25
Seems different than the one you posted though.
