Correct! Paul Cole is the "accidental" famous man you always see in the background of the famous Abbey Road photo.

 

He sadly died 4 years ago, but it is good to know he told the story behind what happened, and how he ended up there at exactly the same moment this iconic album cover photo was taken place.
