What are they holding in the home-picture? 

I think that picture was on the over of the album "Beatles VI."

Yes, it was the picture on the cover of "Beatles VI."

I put a bottle of "Champagne" in their hands with champagne bubbles shooting up to "Happy St. Patrick's Day".  ;-)
