Ringo & Mark Hudson

I know that Ringo & Mark Hudson parted ways, but does anyone actually know the story behind it? One minute they were the best of friends and work partners and the next minute, they don't speak anymore...

This is dated. But, the only thing I could find:

" Beatlefan reported the rift between Ringo and Hudson several months ago. According to the report, Ringo was very upset that Mark bailed on the tour at the last minute to act as a judge for the ABC show entitled "The One", which only aired one time before it was abruptly canceled. I'd imagine that Ringo was hurt that a long-term collaborator and friend would leave him in the lurch like that, having to quickly find a replacement or lose a lot of money invested in the tour. Mark made a horrible mistake".
