Paul and Ringo Releasing New Albums in 2012

How about that?! Our Beatles each have albums coming out in the following year.

 

Ringo's title Ringo 2012 [link] To be released January 31st, 2012

and Paul is My Valentine. [link] To be released February 7th, 2012

Paul has confirmed that the album is now going to be called "Kisses On The Bottom" since the announcement calling it "My Valentine," but I guess that song still has that name. I'm not sure why there's confusion around the title of the album, though...? Everyone had said for a long time it was to be named "My Valentine!"

I had a dream last night that they also reworked Ringo's album cover too, but I think it was inspired by the change in Paul's album name. That one was just a dream, heehee. I had another Beatley dream last night too, but I can't remember enough to share it... :[

It's a great way to start off a new year!

He says, "In all honesty, we had dinner just after Christmas together and I didn't know he had one coming out," he said. "I didn't know that it was going to come out within weeks of each other."

In addition, "No, there's no rivalry. Paul is Paul, Ringo is Ringo and this is what we do. We don't phone each other and say, 'You can't you bring your record out because I've got one!'. We live our lives, we make our music and pick a release date. This was the date we picked and that's just how it is."

LMAO! I said on your page how I thought it was a horrible name for an album, and thought it meant something 'anatomical' too. HAHA. But it's not really a full new album, just 2 new original songs and the rest are covers, right? I think Ringo's is a full new album. I've got to check both out sometime soon. Yep. I can understand now why "Kisses on the Bottom" could raise eyebrows and bring interest to the Valentine's album!

I think Ringo 2012 is also... questionable! Hahaha.

I was joking around wondering what Paul's next album will be called... (there's rumors it will be released this year, as well!) Could it be McCartney 69? or Paul 2012 xD

I need to listen to Ringo's 2012 album since I already heard Paul's Kisses On The Bottom like 3-4x already lol
