As some of you may have fantasized of a "Beatles Reunion" happening, this most recent article of that hope may let your hopes down.
Paul is quoted as to saying, "“Why would I want to do that?” he shrugged. “I wish him luck but there's no chance of me jumping on with him.”

I recently heard that every single time Ringo has put together his line-ups for his All-Starr Band, he's invited Paul...every time. I guess that's good news for all of the other "All-Starrs" since people would care even less about them, just focusing on P&R. [Of course, I've seen 3 of his All-Starr line-ups...and when a Beatle is there, there's just no hope for the rest, I don't care WHO is there, with or without Paul. The best line-up was 1997, though!]

IF RINGO INVITED PAUL, PAUL WOULD JUST HAVE ABE BE THE DRUMMER, AND RINGO CARRY THE INSTURMENTS
We may have the answer!
50 years after an appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show kicked-off American Beatlemania, executives at the Late Show With David Letterman are working to recapture the magic in the very same room. According to a report by Showbiz411, Letterman's network, CBS, is making every effort to entice the surviving Beatles into an on-air performance on 7 February.

I'm surprised Paul is quoted as saying "Why would I do that?"
What??? If it's true that he said that, It's very obvious why we would enjoy seeing him perform with Ringo. It's as close as we can get to a Beatles experience. And if what BeatleNut heard is also true, that Ringo has asked Paul to join him EVERYTIME, that makes it even sadder how they rarely ever perform together. But hopefully it's true about February 7 (I figured something like that should take place at The Ed Sullivan Theatre to celebrate The Beatles 50th anniversary of the legendary, landmark first Ed Sullivan Show performance.) I currently don't have television, but if it does happen, it should end up online. :-)
I Would LOVE to see them Perform together on February 7th!!! I Sure Hope they Will!!!
And I agree with Sadie about how FAB it would be if they did it at The Ed Sullivan Theatre to celebrate The Beatles 50th anniversary of the legendary, landmark first Ed Sullivan Show performance!!!! Lets Hope!! :-)
