Why is the chatroom being discontinued in a couple of days? :[

Oh well, I'm the only one who seems to use the chat room anyway. lol. I miss Ann (Beatle Girl) sooo much, I'm going through a very hard time right now "in my life" and I really wish I could talk to my favorite Beatle buddy :(

Yeah...we should probably start scheduling chatroom meetings because I'm the only person who is ever in the chatroom too whenever I show up! :[

Hi girls, what time with your time zone are you usually available to chat?

 

The old chatroom got discontinued by Meebo, so I found a new one called "Tinychat" that lets you:

-change your text color

-paint with other members

-send files to each other

-use a webcam & microphone

 

You can access this from the top navigation bar above.

 

The old shoutbox we used to have at MBS is back on the front page. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, there's never a set time that I can be available consistently each week because my schedule is always changing, but I'll try to pop in frequently maybe this Sunday and see if I can catch anyone!

I've concluded that evenings and weekends are the best times, correct? That's when mostly everyone gets off work and school and have more freetime :-)

On Friday 10/21 (tomorrow) we will have a test chat ;) and see how it goes. RSVP'd by me and JP Walrus, and probably even Sadie because she got her internet back.

Everyone is free to turn on their webcam or microphone and voice chat and stuff.

It'll be fun. Yay! See you all there ;)

This has nothing to do with what any of us can improve, but I desperately have wished for a long time now that Ning had an app so that it was easier to come here on our mobile devices! It's truly impossible to navigate this website otherwise... :|

Hey BeatleNut!

There is a web version of BAR which does make it much easier to access here from a mobile device. If you automatically go to the regular desktop view of website from a browser on a mobile device, you can scroll down and switch to 'optimized mobile view', which includes easier access to photos, discussions, etc.

Also, TinyChat had released their app - which hosts our A Hard Day's Night chatroom!

The room name to access it is : beatlegirl 

You can use chat, use a webcam, and use a mic. We usually get active in there during evenings.

GEARFAB! I had no idea that it had become so much easier! I'm SO happy there's a mobile version of the website & SO happy there's a mobile app for the chatroom! I really needed this news after such a wacky day at work.

The only thing that needs improvement is for us (especially me) to get on here more because I always love & miss you guys...& it seems like whenever I'm on, no one else is! XOXOXO
